Smelled like food from cooking in neighbor room.

It feels more like a hostel with cooking in the room. Apparently somebody managed to generate a fire alarm with their cooking skills at 2:00 am. (They needed the powder fire extinguisher. They didn't have rooms with 2 beds when we asked, but that was over New Year in Jersey City) So only one bed, no couch. ...read more

Good location close to NYC. Rooms were clean, but this is not a full service hotel. It is an extended stay hotel. Parking was free which was a nice added perk. We visited NYC each day with young children. This was a much cheaper alternative than to staying in Manhattan. ...read more

No house keeping. I had to replace towels at front by myself.

The staff were very helpful in providing directions to local attractions.
I can't think of anything at this time.

This is a great hotel to stay in if you are traveling with children or for business. The suite has a stove, dishes, refrigerator and microwave which are all helpful when traveling with children. It is also in the business district which had several alternative modes of transportation available to allow timely transport across the city. The place is well localized, close to Manhattan (a Path station is very close) and easy to go by train from Newark airport.
The lost and found section is useless.

The hotel is well localized, the room is clean and has a good size. The kitchen is good and you don't need to go outside to buy food, because you can buy at the hotel. They offer free high speed internet, and you can easily go to Manhattan using the path. ...read more
